Aluminum Profile machining

At ALUCAVITIES, we take freshly extruded (and optionally surface-treated) aluminum profiles and turn them into precision components through hands-on mechanical processing—cutting, drilling, milling, and more—to match your exact needs and guarantee top performance, just like you see in our factory!

1. Cutting: We slice profiles to exact lengths using industrial saws or CNC machines, so every piece is accurate and has clean edges.
2. Punching: We punch holes or cutouts using a punch and die set, making perfect slots, cable entries, or fastener points.
3. Drilling: Our high-speed drills, often guided by CNC, create precise holes for assembly or connectors, ensuring repeatability every time.
4. Tapping: We add threads inside drilled holes, so screws and bolts fit securely.
5. Deburring & Cleaning: We finish by cleaning the profiles and removing any sharp edges or burrs, so every part is safe and fits perfectly.
